Foil Midi Dress

Hope you had a great weekend.

My weekend started pretty rough. Fell ill on Thursday night from yet another serious case of mastitis. Managed to make it to work on Friday, but only to leave as soon as I got there.  All better now though. Went to a friend’s baby shower / barbeque Saturday afternoon and spent the rest of the weekend getting as much rest as possible. That is the best and fastest way to recover from this thing.

It’s no new news that I love midi dresses and skirts. In fact, if that was all I have in my closet, I wouldn’t have a problem with it. The print of this dress was what caught my attention. It’s kind of hard to go unnoticed in this dress. If the print doesn’t get you, the foil shimmery part will and if that still doesn’t get you, the half open back will. So much to love about this dress. Almost paired it with a black pump but decided against it and went with a pair of soft tone slingback. Finished off with my current favorite bag by Lulu Guinness.
