Hope you had a great start to your week. This is my 2nd week back to work. It was hard leaving my baby behind, harder than I thought it would be, but we survived. I think we are both slowly adjusting, she's probably doing much better than I am.
I loved this skirt from the moment I saw it but held back on buying it. Luckily for me that paid off because it went on sale and at that point I just couldn't justify not buying it. Even though it looks quite simple, it's one of those statement piece for me. The rich color combined with the slits and the length makes it one of my favorite skirts. It's a great addition to my skirt collection, half of which probably doesn't fit anymore with my bigger hips. Apart from the slits on both side and also at the back; any skirt with pockets whether functional or not is a plus. Paired it with a sheer blush top to highlight the rich color of the skirt and a blazer to compliment the outfit.
